Our Chief Science Officer, Elizabeth Alonzi, was recently featured in Voyage Minnesota Magazine to discuss how we founded Vetiera Fair Trade and what we do in partnership with farmers in rural Haiti.
She shared: “One of the most important things in the last five years has been flexibility. Both challenges and opportunities pop up on short notice, and flexibility has been key to both creatively solving problems and to leverage opportunities as they arise.”
